Bryson Subdivision Coming Soon to Leander, Texas
Development is taking shape just south of the San Gabriel River in north Leander as Crescent Communities ramps up its new Bryson Subdivision. Bryson is a 500-acre master planned community that will include homes from homebuilders that are familiar names in the Williamson county area. The current builders list includes such fine builders as Drees Custom Homes, Scott Fielder Homes, David Weekly Homes and Grand Haven Homes. Prices of the single-family homes are planned to be from the $200,000’s to the $400,000’s. The initial plans outlined by the developer call for up to 1,200 single-family homes to be built along with an amenity center. The first homes should be started this summer with anticipated fall 2015 move in dates.
Bryson falls within the renowned Leander ISD and is minutes away from medical facilities, shopping and dining options.The location is ideal for residents who will be commuting to work locations south of the area as it is located adjacent to the 183A toll road and just north of the Leander CAP Metrorail Station.The community will fall under a new Municipal Utility District that yet to be established.
Residents will be close enough to enjoy all the amenities that Austin has to offer but will get more housing bang for their buck than they would in most areas of Austin.
